The Snug

Within school we have well-being spaces. These are places where children feel safe and supported, enable us to provide interventions, space to talk or share concerns or needs.

We have many resources to support children in expressing their feelings, thoughts, worries and emotions.

Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA)

Mrs Cross

This programme will give students opportunities to understand their feelings and learn how to improve their well-being. ELSA sessions focus on relationships, social skills, self-esteem, feelings and emotions. These sessions will take place in 'The Snug' which is our newly transformed room within the school that children can use to express their emotions, talk about worries and improve their well-being.
